The Moshville Times – Baalzagoth announce ruthless new album No God, No Savior

Polish blackened death metal outfit Baalzagoth are set to return with what is being described as the most uncompromising release of their career. Their new album, No God, No Savior, is scheduled for release on 6th June 2026 via the underground label Putrid Cult, serving as a bleak manifesto of chaos, extremity, and total negation.

Hailing from Kostrzyn nad Odrą, the band has spent the years since their inception forging a reputation for music that is brutal, direct, and firmly aimed at religious dogma. Their sound draws heavily from the hellish legacy of the death metal elite, echoing the merciless power of Morbid Angel, the suffocating atmosphere of Incantation, and the ritualistic severity of Immolation. However, this isn’t merely a nostalgic homage; No God, No Savior represents an evolution toward even greater extremes.

The record features a notable collaboration with soprano Ika Klimaszewska on several tracks and includes the piece “Auto da fé”, composed by Michał “Joda” Sobczyński. To ensure the highest level of sonic violence, the material was mixed and mastered at the renowned Heinrich House Studio by Filip Hałucha, known for his work with Behemoth and Hate.

“Baalzagoth doesn’t attempt to reinvent death metal,” the band commented. “We remind you what this genre truly is: aggression, negation, and the unbridled violence of sound. No compromise. No god. No salvation.” Fans of pure, crushing extremity can stream the title track now on YouTube. Check out our recent coverage of other modern metal releases here.
