Hailing from the southern shores of Cyprus, melodic death metal band Ka’aper has released their latest single, “Eternity in Stone”. The track is a preview of the band’s upcoming debut album, When Gods Walked the Earth, which was recorded in their home studio and mixed/mastered by Max Barishnikov.
Formed in April 2024, the quartet – consisting of Evgeny Pcheliakov (vocals), Timur Glushan (guitar), Igor Kurzin (bass), and Alexey Boychuk (drums) – blends dark and melodic metal with themes inspired by ancient Egyptian mythology. Their sound focuses on crushing riffs and atmospheric arrangements intended to take listeners on a journey into antiquity.
The debut album is scheduled for release in 2025. Fans can check out the music video for “Eternity in Stone” on YouTube now (or scroll down).
