The Moshville Times – Sevendust drop new album One in runup to winter UK headline tour

The wait is officially over. Atlanta’s finest, Sevendust, have unleashed their 15th studio album, One, today via Napalm Records. To celebrate the release, the guys have also shared a new focus track, “Construct”, which perfectly captures that signature blend of crushing riffs and Lajon Witherspoon’s soul-stirring vocals.

Nearly three decades into their career, the quintet – featuring the original line-up of Witherspoon, Clint Lowery, John Connolly, Vince Hornsby, and Morgan Rose – seem to be in the form of their lives. One is a ten-track journey that hits like a gut-punch from start to finish, ranging from the atmospheric vibes of “Misdirection” to the high-octane energy of “We Won”. We recently caught them supporting Alter Bridge on their UK arena run, where they even treated the crowd to a cover of Journey’s “Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)” that was ridiculously heavy while keeping all the catchiness of the original.

If those arena slots left you wanting more, you’re in luck. Sevendust have confirmed they’ll be returning this winter for their first full UK headline tour in eight years. Kicking off in early December, the tour hits eleven dates across the UK and Ireland, giving fans a proper chance to hear the new material in a headline setting. Tickets are on sale now, and given the “7D Army” are a loyal bunch, they likely won’t last long.

    2. “Unbreakable”
    3. “Is This The Real You”
    4. “Threshold”
    5. “We Won”
    6. “Construct”
    7. “Bright Side”
    8. “The Drop”
    9. “Blood Price”
    10. “Misdirection”

You can catch the band at the following UK and Ireland dates this December:
