COLETTE VAN SERTIMA DAZZLES ON THE ANDREW EBORN SHOW WITH LIVE PERFORMANCES, TINA TURNER CLASSIC AND UNFORGETTABLE MOMENTS ON THE RIVER THAMES

Following an acclaimed September appearance, the singer-songwriter returns to Andrew Eborn’s floating London studio for a spectacular celebration of music, family, creativity and entertainment alongside an extraordinary lineup of international guests.

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM – October 17, 2026 – Acclaimed singer-songwriter Colette Van Sertima brought her extraordinary musical talents, captivating personality and remarkable family history to The Andrew Eborn Show – In London Town Tonight, delivering a memorable appearance aboard Andrew Eborn’s floating television studio on London’s iconic River Thames.

Following the tremendous response to her September 29 appearance, Colette returned to the popular entertainment and current-affairs program for an intimate celebration of music, storytelling and spontaneous creativity.

The appearance featured live performances, personal revelations and a special musical challenge that demonstrated why Colette continues to command attention as both a performer and songwriter.

A Musical Powerhouse Takes Center Stage

Throughout the program, Colette treated viewers to live performances of several songs, including “I Pray,” “Hold That Sucker Down” and “Live for the Moment.”

A particularly significant moment came when she performed “Open Arms,” the song she co-wrote that became an international hit for legendary music icon Tina Turner.

The performance offered audiences an opportunity to appreciate Colette’s songwriting legacy while experiencing her own interpretation of a composition associated with one of music’s most celebrated performers.

From emotionally resonant melodies to powerful vocal performances, Colette’s appearance showcased the versatility and creative spirit that have helped define her musical journey.

The Theme Tune Challenge Delivers Television Gold

One of the episode’s standout moments came when Colette accepted The Andrew Eborn Show Theme Tune Challenge, an initiative inviting independent musicians to compose an original theme for the program.

Demonstrating her musical instincts, Colette created and performed a brand-new theme tune, turning the challenge into an entertaining highlight of the broadcast.

The initiative, presented in partnership with FENIX360, is designed to provide independent artists with opportunities to showcase their talents and reach wider audiences.

Artists are encouraged to create their own original theme tune, share their performance online and tag @AndrewEbornand @OctopusTV for the opportunity to perform live aboard the show’s floating studio.

Colette’s contribution demonstrated the excitement that can emerge when accomplished musicians are given the freedom to create something entirely new.

    A Heartwarming Family Revelation

Beyond the music, viewers were introduced to Colette’s mother, Agnes Van Sertima, who shared personal memories of raising her daughter.

Agnes revealed that Colette grew up as the only girl among eight children, offering an intimate glimpse into the family environment that helped shape the future singer-songwriter.

She also recalled Colette’s father, an award-winning bodybuilder who counted legendary actor and bodybuilding champion Arnold Schwarzenegger among his friends.

The conversation added a personal dimension to the broadcast, revealing the family stories and influences behind the accomplished performer.

    An Extraordinary Lineup of Guests

Colette joined a diverse collection of distinguished guests on The Andrew Eborn Show – In London Town Tonight, a program known for bringing entertainment, current affairs, culture and thought-provoking conversation together in an unconventional setting.

Dr. Arthur Cassidy, celebrity psychologist, media analyst and mental health expert, joined the program to examine the bystander effect and the emotional story behind the proposed Jonny’s Law, exploring how public awareness and intervention could help protect lives.

Andrew Lownie, acclaimed British historian and author, discussed his latest royal revelations, examining questions surrounding the House of York, financial controversies, Jeffrey Epstein connections and allegations of institutional protection. The discussion addressed allegations and unresolved questions rather than presenting them as established findings.

Lisa St Aubin de Terán, the acclaimed author whose extraordinary life story includes inheriting a Venezuelan hacienda, was also featured in the program’s wide-ranging lineup.

Humanitarian Iseult Teran Saint Aubin, known as Babba and founder of Peace & Love CIC, shared developments surrounding her international peace-building initiatives. Andrew Eborn, recently appointed the organization’s first Global Ambassador, discussed the importance of constructive dialogue and its potential to bring communities together.

Together, the guests reflected the show’s distinctive approach to television: combining celebrity interviews, music, cultural discussion and serious international issues within a lively, unscripted format.

Andrew Eborn and Octopus TV Reinvent the Entertainment Talk Show

Produced under the banner of Octopus TV Ltd, The Andrew Eborn Show – In London Town Tonight offers a fresh approach to television by bringing together a diverse range of personalities in some of London’s most recognizable settings.

Described as the television equivalent of the Sunday newspapers brought to life, the format combines entertainment, interviews, current affairs, debate and unexpected moments.

Broadcast locations include the historic birthplace of television at 22 Frith Street and the show’s distinctive floating studio on the River Thames.

The program is being developed for adaptation in international markets, with Octopus TV pursuing opportunities for broadcasters, producers, digital platforms and licensing partners.

Its wider entertainment portfolio includes Andrew Eborn’s Fake or Fact®, Andrew Eborn Devil’s Advocate / Common Ground and Andrew Eborn’s Book of Failure®.

The company’s international licensing relationship with Zipang Inc. is intended to support the expansion of original intellectual property across television, publishing, Manga, gaming, digital entertainment and additional commercial platforms.

For Eborn, the future of entertainment depends on more than simply producing content.

“Attention gets you noticed. Creativity gets you remembered. And intellectual property gives an idea the opportunity to travel.”

That philosophy is reflected in a program where celebrated performers such as Colette Van Sertima can share the stage with historians, psychologists, authors and humanitarians, creating conversations and performances that move beyond conventional television boundaries.

A Celebration of Music, Personality and Possibility

Colette Van Sertima’s latest appearance offered an entertaining reminder of the power of live music and authentic conversation.

Her performances, songwriting achievements, spontaneous theme tune creation and family revelations combined to create an episode filled with warmth, talent and memorable television moments.

For audiences discovering Colette for the first time, the broadcast provided an introduction to a multifaceted artist with an impressive musical history.

For longtime admirers, it was another opportunity to experience the creativity and personality behind the music.

And for The Andrew Eborn Show, it demonstrated the appeal of a format where anything can happen when fascinating people come together.
