Something for the weekend: Keyside Cocodamol

Well that’s it from us for this week. Don’t forget about our 25 year anniversary event in November which takes place across 2 stages in Liverpool at the end of November and features Chuck Prophet and Steve Wynn among others. Tickets are available from this link.

We leave you in the meantime dear reader with a new song from Liverpool four-piece Keyside – it’s not for us to compare them with a certain other Liverpool four-piece but boy do they know how to write and play a tune. Cocodamol is the latest, gleaming stepping-stone on the way to their newly announced, self-titled debut album which is set for release on Fri 7th August 2026 on Modern Sky. The band will also be playing a huge Liverpool homecoming this winter, announcing a show at their home city’s 2,300-capacity Mountford Hall for Sat 12th December 2026. Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?

Take care, don’t forget Palestineand keep fighting those fascists. See you next week.
