    Something for the weekend: Teenage Fanclub There Was You

    Well that’s it from us for this week, and we leave you dear reader with a new song from Teenage Fanclub who will release their new album Do Not Dare To Dream on 9th October via Merge Records. The band’s 13th studio album follows the acclaimed 2023 release Nothing Lasts Forever and finds the group continuing to evolve their signature blend of melodic guitars, warm harmonies, and reflective songwriting. Following lead single Day In The Sun, the band have share new single There Was You, a classic ‘I was lost but now I’m found’ song and the album’s melodic opening track. The accompanying video was again filmed on location at Black Bay Studio on Great Bernera and the surrounding coast by the band’s longtime visual collaborator Donald Milne. From September through to November Teenage Fanclub will embark on an extensive international tour. The full list of dates can be foundhere.
