Rose: “Do we work well with other people as a close pair? We make it a bit difficult, [but] we found out we had a bass player built in.”
Donny Farrell: “My sisters, I’ve known them for my entire life, so it made it easier to integrate into Yee Loi.”
Rose: “We don’t really challenge each other, because we think the same, we were raised the same. I know what’s good for the band, and so they would never disagree.”
Matilda: “All three of us are really close. We all have the same idea of where we want the band to go, and so if we’re in an argument, it’ll be about something else.”
Rose: “‘You’re wearing my T-shirt’– something like that!”
Matilda: “Your breath smells of coffee…”
