Carnifex have announced a new album, More Than Misery, and dropped its title track.
The deathcore brutes promised they had a lot more in their arsenal coming in 2026 when they dropped a new single, Roses and Rotten Corpses, in May, alongside which they announced their signing to Sumerian Records. Now, that promise has materialised in the form of a new album, which is out on November 6.
They’ve also debuted the title track, with vocalist Scott Ian Lewis saying: “More Than Misery is about what happens when suffering becomes more than something you endure, it becomes what changes you. This is Carnifex at our most honest and unapologetically brutal.”
