York, England-based singer-songwriter Harrison Rimmer delivers a reflective and emotionally honest shift in style with “Better In Fiction”. This obviously isn’t the first time we’ve written about his music, and you might be able to hear why within the first ten seconds or so.

His vocals are absolutely stunning, and they sound like the kind of voice you expect to be at the top of the charts, captivating anyone who listens and charming the whole country from top to bottom.
This is a rather laid-back alternative folk song with a real acoustic drive. You can easily hear his previous sounds still mixed in, with a slight hint of Americana for good measure, balanced off with that indie-pop sensibility.
The maturity of his voice here is something to behold, and I am sure this is going to be a track he will be coming back to for years to come. Potentially a cornerstone of his live sets from this day forward.
